Russ--if you can find it, try some Advil cold & sinus. Otherwise, try to take some ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) and pseudoephedrine (sudafed). It helps.

Do they have some of the same name-brands of medicines in Europe as in North America like Tylenol, Aleve, and those mentioned above?
