not as often as I'd like - in fact I pretty much never go to beaches as you think of them. 7 years in South Florida gave me enough sun-exposure for a life time. I frequently go to a place on the islands - just for a picnic - only thing I don't have anyone to take along these days, so I don't go. Should just go by myself, really.
