Love those songs. They are missing the "These Days" treatment [lots of guitar fills and memorable guitar solos], but lyrically and melodically, I love 'em. Not running anymore = The Fighter >> Old habits

Even when "We" officially broke up... Ha...

One more Unbroken... "I've got 12 veterans they'll sing the chorus this is to the existing track which you know I did and it'll be on the new record, so and then we'll release it as a single here, in time for their games."

Imagine an alternate reality...

Jovi fans liked and respected Jon’s acoustic stuff and the fact that was getting older, losing his voice and needed to do something different and decent music wise, instead of writing the same shit he’s been doing for 20 years.

In that alternate reality, Jon gave Bon Jovi a rest and did smaller gigs as a solo act; he was happier and his voice didn’t deteriorate as much.

Richie also had time to promote his solo stuff.

2020: band reunion and a killer rock album with real guitars and drums after a 6/7 year break.

That could have happened...

Could've happened, but it wasn't the fans who prevented that, it was Jon himself.

well this album is on track to be a dumpster fire.

this will probably be the end of the band if im being honest.

its also a real shame that ozzy osbournes new single has more passion in it than jons... and thats saying something

Despite being credited on most of his songs, it is widely known Ozzy is little involved in the songwriting process, although there is some debate about whether he constructs the vocal melodies. He also does what Sharon wants so she is the one who makes the decisions.

In other words, Jon needs to almost entirely back out of the songwriting process and tell his wife to make all his decisions.

Does anyone know if Jon is rerecording his vocal. I was initially under the impression that he was.... But after one of the interviews, I'm thinking they are using his existing vocals...
