He said he’s been reading up and 20 seems to be out of the question. 21 may not even be possible...and if in 22 they say you can’t have crowds of 50,000 maybe they’ll have to look at the way they tour.

He also said he was due to play the album in it’s entirety on Howard’s show in 2 weeks and that the rehearsals were this week.

Did anyone record the interview?

Worst part is...he's not wrong. His pride is too big to stop doing arenas and it could be awhile until bands are able to do that again. He's always said if they can't do it on the level they're accustomed to they'll just stop. Lord knows the shape the band will be in in TWO YEARS.

Did he say something about the album? Will it be out on May 15 or will there be a delay?

He said “I’ve got a new album in my back pocket, which will be postponed”

If the album was delayed because the tour is delayed and the tour won’t happen this year, does this mean 2020, the album Jon says is even more relevant to these times, won’t happen? I mean if the tour won’t happen you may as well release the album, no?

The album is postponed because Jon sells tickets with the album and now, it's too far away if they brought the album out. He will tour again. The man loves money and touring is where the money is. The album is ready to go so once they get the go ahead, they'll tour. Tomorrow or two years away.

I hope the album ends up leaking.

What does any of this even mean? I need the whole thing to understand what they are taking about... What is happening in two years? They are putting a limit on concert venues because of a virus that could be gone in nine months? And Jon wouldn't apart to playing to a smaller audience?

Maybe Jon is waiting for social distancing rules to be relaxed so the band can get together and do some sort of live stream etc to promote the album before releasing it??
