2020: The New Album

Rolo,BJ has ALWAYS been Jons band.
We have seen them from the begining as a band,but the truth is that has always been Jons band.
It is truth that Jon himself,during many years of their career,gave the band more importance,but,at the end of the day was still Jons band.
We can blame Jon for many things,even that since Richies departure there has no been a band anymore(at least in public),but blaming Jon for being alone in a promo pic is ridiculous.

That crappy opinion can be used for a casual fan, not for a fan who has been here for a long time.

It's Jon's band, ok, because he has the contract, but that doesn't mean the qualities and talent of that band is his. Richie's talent and merit belongs to Richie, as does the rest of his band. To say that Richie was just another guitarist, it sucks, because it wasn't like that.

This has become John Bongiovi and Atlantic City Expressway band. That's why Richie, David and Tico were so important in the band. They defined a great sound and endowed the compositions with something that made the difference.

To say that it was always about Jon is so insulting to someone who has ears and has followed this band for decades. We even have two attempts by solo albums by Jon in an attempt to transcend without the band.

I'm angry and furious? just a little, but I am very disappointed in how Jon has handle all this in the last two decades.

Been listening to Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, and GN'R since the 80s. They are basically my top 3(and only) bands I listen religiously.

It is always about the frontman and lead guitarists. Would I be bummed if I watch Aerosmith without Joe? Yes. Would I be bummed if I watch GN'R without Slash? Yes(GN'R without Slash was a joke). Am I bummed that Bon Jovi dont have Richie? Yes, but not as much as the other 2. For some reason, Jon made BJ mainly about himself. Maybe due to the name Bon Jovi?

That said, cant wait for the new album. I love THINFS. I just hope there are more catchy songs than slow ones. And please not much political songs.

Do you really have to sing it along randomly just to hear a bit of the song?
If the melody is ok, is it any chance it gets downgraded when voice is added...?
Anyway, a source where lisntening to it without having to sing would be much too appreciated for many people

You can still hear it if you just click it, you don't have to submit the video or anything.

I think this means we won't be getting the full song for a few weeks. They wouldn't do this guess-the-melody game if the song was was around the corner in my opinion.

This could only be a call to fans, so stay tuned, I think we could have the single tomorrow. Or maybe next week in the worst case.

There's no reason to think it's coming tomorrow if this is launching today though. It's very smart promo to drag this on before anyone hears it. If the fans hear it before submitting there's no point.
