You are confusing things,and I think(I say think bcause I dont know of course and maybe Im wrong) that you have never play on a band.

Richie can be the most talented guitarist in the world but ALWAYS,the last word on any decission was Jons.
I said you are confusing things bcause we are debating if this is a band or Jons band,no if Richie is talented,or if merit belongs to him or if Richie was another guitarist,you are saying those things,I didnt say that.

If you have play in a band or in someones band,you woukd know that things work different.
If I start a band with other people,WE start the band,We take decissions,WE decide thing,WE do everything.
If I join someones band,I suggest things,I contribute to the sound of the band,I can cowrite or even write songs,but,at the end of the day I play in a band,we are a band,but its not my band.

Bon Jovi has always been Jon Bon Jovi and his band,if you see them as only Bon Jovi is up to you,but bands doesnt work like this.
Do you remeber an interview where they say that they werent a democracy?

And finally,I dont know you,but Im a die hard BJ fan since 1994,I think I have ears,and I have not insult anybody in this board.
It is my opinion,and If you dont agree with that,it is ok,but be careful because you have been so close to insult me.

It's partly true. It was Jon's band because he got the record deal and had a hit song. Yet, the songs on the debut album weren't his solo songs. They were co-written with Richie and David, so it means they were A BAND at that point, not a singer and his backup musicians.

And thanks for providing us with the karaoke version. Another wall of sound, not impressed. EDIT: the full version sounds way more promising.

Full song....way better than the clip. Really liking the drum beat and fuzzy bass. Only a minute in so far though.
