Yeah, but if I go by that tracklist, I'd definintely have to skip the first two tracks if I wanna make it through the album, so I'd be back to basically the original running time again

When I put this album into my playlist, I'm changing the order back to the original and making the two new songs the bonus tracks.

I could deal with Limitless as an album opener and even tolerate Do What You Can but American Reckoning might be the worst song in the Bon Jovi collection with Unbroken being a close second. They just don't fit on a Bon Jovi album as main album tracks.

Jon reusing an old What About Now outtake was discussed? Shine was in the outtake lists from WAN back in 2013.

We discussed it, no one's sure if it's the same one or just a different song with the same title.

Listening to the new DWYC, yeah they really countrified it.


EDIT: Call it a guilty pleasure, call it whatever, this is probably their catchiest single since Because We Can and I can see it doing really well in this format.

Maybe. We know this about *Shine:
personal, a classic BON JOVI love song, it sweetly states "nothing lights up my sky like watching you shine" ("You can think of it as your significant other or a child that's grown up in front of you")
Do What You Can (duet). Just like I imagined she put her high voice like with Who Says You Can't Go Home. Both voices sound like a machine to my ears and in some parts they sound terrible together. Only if Jon could sing the song alone higher with a guitar solo it would be enjoyable for me. Meh...

Jennifer made the song 1000% better. She is brilliant in both, song and video.

The song is very strong for me now. It's catchy, it's happy, has a message and it's finaly assumed as a country song.

Really good now.
