This is silly. If you like it you like it, if you don't you don't. There's no judge from on high that says it's not a good song. I can pull an unbiased review of someone who likes it easily too.

I don't know if it means something good or bad (I haven't been following the charts for a long time) but DWYC is currently #39 on US Itunes chart.

My wife loved it. Said "it's a very good vibe song".

Oh please, this song is a big joke.
Ask an opinion to these old people and they gonna compare it at least with Blaze Of Glory.
And like a duet reminds you directly to Who Says You Can't Go Home (another horrible song).
So it's more easy hate them both.

The song will make its live debut at this year’s iHeart Radio music festival on September 19th.

It is a very NYC-centric video with the exception of the odd verse about an Arkansas meat packing plant. If NYC had approach Jon and suggested he write a song highlighting the “Can Do Spirit” of NYC and that they would pay for the video production to be turned into a commercial, this would make sense. The video would get a lot of air time, radio stations might have put the song into rotation and it go onto other markets. This whole song would make sense if it was released back in the spring—with the exception again of the discordant verse about the chicken plant which does not have the “can do spirit” vibe.
I like Jennifer Nettles just fine and the country flavor doesn’t bother me because I liked the Lost Highway music. However, sitting in the arctic these 6 months later and seeing and listening to it, it doesn’t resonate with me at all. It must have cost a sizable amount to make this video. JBJ in general does a bad job with their videos in at least the last decade or more and this one is actually better than some. As I say, it should have been a NYC commercial, not a song/video for the mass market. IMO

That's mad because I asked my dead nan to bang on the wall if she liked it or not. She banged the wall. She must like it.

Funny that. I told my dog to bark twice if he thought it was great, once if he thought it was awful and to howl if he thought Trump was an idiot. He barked once and then howled. Who knew?! There's another unbiased opinion.
