Nope. Japan iTunes only has the standard 10-track version available.

Ooo interesting!! I actually really liked what I heard on the 30 second snippet so that's a positive!

Unfortunately though I think the solo ends where the snippet ends? Just one bar left before it cuts. I think its a short one. Hope I'm wrong.

Phil-X said it was a 16-second solo and the one in the snippet is 12 seconds before it fades; so that sounds about right.

I'm going to make it unpopular here, but I'm not impressed with the guitar solo, I mean, I'm glad there's at least one song with guitar solo on the album, but it's nothing to write home about.

Listening to the 30 second clips for the first time and if that's what people are listening to instead of the full 90 second ones, totally cool and I get it, but a lot of the songs are missing the really big hooks in these. The second verse of BD, this droning hook in Lower the Flag etc. I can see how they'd be a little more boring and repetitive. Still not impressed by Let it Rain.

EDIT: Brothers in Arms gives me such a KTF vibe. Melodically there's a part that reminds me of Save a prayer.

Someone mentioned distant drum banging in Lower The Flag. Didn't Jon say that Tico ended up not playing on the song because "it hindered the lyrical content"?

I assumed it meant a full drum track was done but abandoned when it didn't fit the vibe. But I also know Everett played on the album so that could be him? It sounds more percussive then a drum kit angle. Or it's Tico, not sure!
