I hope that the two bonuses will also be so good.

Jon has tried songs like "Story Of Love"/"Lower The Flag"before - Live Before You Die, Walk Like A Man, Everybodys Broken, Amen, Old Habits, Learn To Love, Real Love, Right Side Of Wrong, ... but only now, with this imperfect voice, it sounds believable in this kind of songs for me
Everybody's Broken is such an underrated song. Lyrically, I've always thought it's about battling mental health.

I am a blast at parties indeed thank you for noticing but I'm not sorry for not attending your mothers Kentucky Fried Chicken 50 years of dating RDkopper anniversary party though.

This is a great song, but I prefer it in Billy Falcon's version. I think Jon should re-record it in Billy's version with vocals like Story/Lower. He would then be a mile better song for me.

The same situation is with U.G.L.Y .Eric Bazilian's version is better for me. Also if Jon recorded it in this version he could easily put it on "2020".

Well, to my ears this is perfect. I've listened to really mediocre radio-edits, now I just hope that this La deee dai daii is not repeated much in the full song.

Good song but Jon’s pronunciation of Broken (sang as Brokeeeeeen) is odd.

Today I discovered that the new album is to be released in the next few days instead of Christmas, that's how excited I was for this.

I have to say that the good snippets improved the album 10000%, too bad most of what I've heard are songs I'll never want to hear again. And I had high hopes when I saw that Jon had written most of the songs, I've always liked his "solo" songs but oh boy did I get a nasty surprise.

If there's something I've learned from this album is that Jon might've had external help or *inspiration* for a while because the songs he's released on his own during the pandemic have some shockingly bad lyrics.

So the voice is not a deal breaker for me, it ruins some songs but overall doesn't sound better or worse than I expected. But the lyrics make me cringe or sigh and most of the snippets haven't changed my mind. This album will have to wait until I found it at the bottom of the deals bin.

Anyway, to say something nice, I thought the Sex sells/Crush demos vibe some had was a nice touch and those songs had a really organic sound, I could hear the instruments, that was a pleasant surprise.

And I might end up liking Blood in the Water, it has some potential, but I just found it hilarious that JBJ was ripping off JBJ. It almost sounded like a parody.

got to say, I'm loving the snippets. I am working late nights on exams and having a listen at break time to something new and intriguing has been a positive boost! I'm not saying they are brilliant or awful......hopes have been dashed before when the snippet was great and the song poor. But there is some interest there. I wonder based on the snippets which will make it to a live show?!

Just listened to the 90 second snippets. It's weird that almost all of it sounds better than what's been released. 'Beautiful Drug' sounds fun and I think I'm really gonna dig 'Blood in the water', it almost sounds like if 'Dry County' had a baby with 'One' from U2....

Just listened to Limitless for the first time in a while.

Honestly, why did they have that bridge in the song? It's actually not THAT bad of a song apart from dodgy lyrics. The bridge is one of the worst things to come from the band. Maybe an exaggeration but it's awful.
