2020: The New Album

Blood, Story, Let It Rain give me chills!
This is the way where Jon go in next albums. I reallo love that one. Maybe I prefer THINFSale for now but 2020 fit better in his voice and I think this is future for band.

I reply to myself but after having listened to all the tracks on the album, Limitless sounds all the more out of place while Unbroken and American Reckoning perfectly fit the mood.
About the album it's a pleasant surprise but I saw it coming since we heard the snippets. I won't rate it now though since I l've been learning from previous albums that my d-day opinion is often quite biased (i.e. THINFS that I rate even lower than WAN rétrospectively).

Kinda baffled that Jon sings quite well in some songs and barely can carry/deliver a melody in others. Him "singing" in the register of American Reckoning, Story of Love and Lower The Flag is a bit hard to listen to. Feels like listening to a CNN newscast reporter with someone playing a guitar over it from time to time.
Some others have potential. With Richie on board and Jon's stronger voice, Blood In The Water could've been killer. It's still a good one though.
Need some time to have the lyrics settle, but on first impression, I liked THINFS a lot more personally.

The best Bon Jovi Album since the 90's.
Jon sounds good. Praise to John Shanks on production.

Very good album indeed! I see why they chose linitless and do what you can as singles as they by far are the most commercial tracks. American reckoning had to be dropped at that moment to be relevant.
