Having listened to Luv Can & Shine , it was the right decision to leave of the album , they don’t follow with the flow of the record and in all fairness they are not very good , not getting the love for them at all

Default 2020: The New Album

I know most of them have been requests for the album/bonus tracks links (I’m guilty as well), but when was the last time a topic in this forum had more than 5000 replies? The defunct Richie Sambora one?

Having had low expectations I’m pleasantly surprised by the album. The lyrical content is generally excellent and truly great in places. My one bugbear is it appears is though Phil was again under utilised. A handful of tracks could be taken to the next level if only the guys rocked a little harder.

On that point, do we know which (if any) songs Phil recorded solos for? His lack of social promo or liner notes kind of puts paid to the idea he’s a fully-fledged member...

Well, there are a lot of comments from Richie here, so the dead man also keeps thread alive on many occasions.

He plays on every song except story of love and american Reckoning.
The only confirmed solo is Beautiful drug. Luv can sounds a bit like Shanks, Blood in the water may be Phil?

Underwhelming is my main thought on 2020. Granted, I've only listened to it once all the way through but nothing has stood out and grabbed me apart from Let It Rain. The solo in Beautiful Drug is just a mess, the outro to Story Of Love has almost literally been copied and pasted from Fingerprints, but the worst thing is that weird rap towards the end of Lower The Flag. I couldn't help but cringe

It's a solid 3/10 for me at the moment.

Thanks.

Still find it strange and frustrating that you have someone like Phil in the band and someone else handling much of the guitar work...

Can i get the bonus 2 please? Sorted thanks. Oh I have the CD

Phil missing from the Liner notes is strange. Perhaps with all of Tico's there was no room
