Did they re-record it again? Or did they take the same song and put it on the album? o maybe is a diferent song?
We will just never know. I mean towards him not using the same song so many years after.

Good Find!!! Vocally, it sounds more like his voice today. The sound definitely has that WAN vibe.

I could see this song competing with Room At The End Of The World as an album choice.

That's all it takes. A live stream performance would have been good yesterday for promotion.

Usually see an advert by now too but nothing so far.

I knew as soon as I seen her perform that she would fly up the charts. Good on her. I know she works on the show but she's got the promotion spot on.

Bon Jovi on the other hand...

The way he sings this song really remembers me of WAN, but God knows 🤷🏻*♂️

23 bed tracks were recorded in Nashville and we know Do What You Can, American Reckoning and a few others came AFTER. I just don't believe there'd be a reason to dig up a song from 2012 when there's that much to pull from and work on. That's just me though.

Pretty sure the version on 2020 was recorded for the album

Default Vocals

Not sure whether this was covered in this thread already (mucho pages), but I am somewhat surprised about the vocals on the album.

As far as my few listens have told me, it seems that there are fewer harmonies (or Jon's vocals not being dubbed) and less overtly doctored vocals (or my ears are off) by computers. At least, in comparison to THINFS and WAN.

Despite the limited range displayed vocally by Jon, it seems to be more 'natural' than these two predecessors. Or, am I just not knowledgeable/ evolved enough to pick up on the tweaks made?

yes, I have also noticed that there are very few backup voices. Most of the album is just Jon's voice.
