2020: The New Album

Ive just received the japanese deluxe edition.
Fantastic presentation of the album,I think it's worth buying it.
The size is larger than current cds,its like a vinyl single.
It comes with Shine and Luv Can lyrics.
Dvd contains limitless,unbroken and do what you can videos.
And finally it comes with a big poster of the cover album.

If so, can you scan it?

Yes it comes,but only on the DVD label.

In an era where CDs don’t sell anymore you’d think that they would just release the same version worldwide.

I bet that’s why the vinyl is delayed as they want to add 2 new songs.

I don't think it is, I've heard of lots of delays due to the pandemic mostly due to shipping and manufacturing. I have a bunch of monthly subscriptions on hold while new factories are found. Not sure this is a Bon Jovi problem but I could be wrong.

Well, actually this sucks a bit, for example, I bought the standard album on itunes on Saturday, and unfortunately it does not contain a digital booklet.

But the worst thing, Now the deluxe Edition has been added to itunes with the same price as the standard Album, that annoys me even more, since I bought the album first, here I also include all those loyal fans who pre-ordered the standard album. My only consolation is that I had a discount coupon and it was almost free.

This will set a precedent for future albums as I am not buying anything for at least the firsts two weeks in future launchs. A total disappointment.

I bought the physical edition and listened to the album via Spotify come midnight of the release day. I mean, buying albums is almost like a piece of merch now anyways.

Same here. I should get my physical Japanese Bonus Deluxe whatever edition but I know I'll keep listening to the album mostly on Spotify because that's the way I listen to music now, even at home.

To me Luv Can and Shine are legitimate songs on 2020, just like Save a prayer or All I want is everything and Bitter Wine are legitimate songs on KTF and TD.

This is a strange twist. I am not getting the love for Luv Can. At all. I like it alright just don't feel it the same way as the board. Maybe it'll grow on me?

I love Luv Can, my favorite right now. I've listened to that song about 12 hours since friday (I don't even wanna know how much repeat that is).
I don't know if I'll still love that song years later or it's just a "moment now", but right now that song is the most awesome thing ever.
I had no idea Jon could still sing with that passion/emotion, which is in this song.
"But all I've got are these hands, and they don't hold a masterplan, so I can't".
That part is so painful/heartbreaking/emotional, words can not describe... I'm shaking when hearing that, it's just "out of this world".
And when I thought this song is already 10/10, and it's impossible to make that even better, then at about 04:55 they take it to another level. To such level what no one has ever reached before.
This is Luv Can for me. I'm really curious how I'll feel a few years later.
From THINFS I only listen Knockout or Rollercoaster nowadays.
