Why do you answer every question with a question? This is something new you're doing now. It's very annoying quite frankly.

I really like Everett's added percussion to the album, especially in the bridge to Beautiful Drug.

I always picture the outro ("Jungle") from KTF during this part

So Billy Falcon co-wrote the 4 songs I like: Limitless, Beautiful Drug, Shine and Luv Can

Controversial opinion time. After listening to the album basically every day since it came out, I like THINFS a LOT more!! For some reason, even though I like a lot of the songs that are on 2020, THINFS resonated with me on a different level. I also feel it's a stronger album, even if 'Blood in the Water' is technically better than anything on THINFS....

I don't think that is a controversial opinion. I believe the two albums are of a similar (and strong) quality, despite being very different thematically. I would be hard pushed to say I prefer 2020 over THINFS. 2020 has the recency edge for now, but in a year or two when the mess that is this year will have passed, it will interesting to see if the album holds up.

I'm hoping that the mess that is this year will indeed be a thing of the past in a couple of years

Yeah, it's going to be really interesting to see where these songs stand for me. Right now if I find it too hard to enjoy American Reckoning given the subject matter. Blood in the Water is filled with such rich imagery that even though it's political based it's easy to tune that side off which is nice. Blood, Lower the Flag and Beautiful Drug I feel like will still be my top songs in a year but we'll see.
