And I'm not sure, but maybe they have an Elvis in Vegas track with Jon on vocals.

And yeah there's also an Elvis In Vegas version with Jon on vocals if the news about the song are true.

It's down to wether Jon is willing to let rather raw, guide-vocals-styled demos go. Then we might get One To Say Goodbye, otherwise no. Also depends on whether they had actually traded off the rights to the song and hence had it fall off the Box Set. IIRC no song that was given to other artists made that compilation?

I think given how many songs on the box set had that feel, he's okay with it. He has to know by now he's in no place to not put something out because of the state of his voice back then. This project is so far from mass consumption I'm really hoping he's okay with letting some gems go because it's the best chance they have in being heard.

I'd love to hear Hurricane Butterfly too, that filtered 20 second sample was nice.

He let that godawful version of Does Anybody Really Fall In Love Anymore go on the New Jersey deluxe edition, so....

He does. And I still think they should make this easier... The original box set sold for 40 / 50 bucks back in 2004 and that was a physical product.

They should just give the fans who just want music and video content an online option at a similar cost.

Btw, what happened to all your licensing theories? I guess Jon can release whatever? Don't forget, didn't Richie sell all that off a few years back?
