When was this reduction or free taxes for Florida?
I remember reading an article about it, and after that Jon bought his house in Florida; I read another article saying Jon bought the house because of it, along with other celebrities did.

It's trending... You can google a ton on info on it...

While taxes are increasing, celebrities are leaving California, NYC, NJ, Etc and moving to lower taxed areas like Florida and Texas... It's frowned upon for obvious reasons..

He bought a house in Palm Beach for $10 million (March, 2018).
$281,477 in property taxes for the 15-acre New Jersey house in 2018.
$46,466 in property taxes for the 6,000-square-foot Florida house in 2018. Plus no state income tax for full-fledged resident.
And he said this in 2019 in a Palm Beach Benefit: "It’s only a matter of time before all the New Jersey guys come down to Florida.

Another golden opportunity missed by Jon and his team. His version of Here Comes The Sun is trending as a search on Apple Music but people are buying the original. Could have thrown that out as a single and possibly had a hit. Might have led to some promo for another single off of 2020.
