I'd expect nothing less. Its why he's on the firm.

It's impossible to tell whether Jon or the person doing the post-sound-production did a great job (I think the latter), but the result seemed quite decent for today's standards.

Yeah, I've not seen too much but I'd go with the latter. Jon looked like he went for it on HAND towards the end which was good to see!

not so sure on the set list though, some tough run of songs in the middle. Shame no BITW but at least he played the new ones

Right. Jon sounds decent after the use of pitch correction and overdubs. What's next? That beat up engine runs great after a revision and replacement? That amateur painting looks fantastic after Rembrandt corrected it? Your house looks good after Extreme Home Makeover went to vist? Your lawn looks wonderful after Brightview came over?

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Salaam Aleikum,

Sebastiaan
Someone asked for a review of the show and that's the answer to give.

I dont think anyone is jumping through hoops thinking that Jon's voice has retuned. We all know the deal.

However it is good to know that Jon's vocie is still very recordable... and I'm going to add with minimal effects. I think a standard setlist like this with the band behind him is Jon's comfort zone. He's grown accustomed to altering and singing them with his current voice...

One thing that's good to see, that really can't be faked, is Jon Jon keeping pace with the songs.

Again, it doesn't sound like '93, '03, or even '13. More like '15 but once the audio of the show gets posted, I could actually tolerate listneing to it.

I've not watched or listened to any of it yet, but quite like the set list. Happy to see a couple of THINFS songs staying, plus no Amen lol

Just a week ago Jon Bon Jovi wasn't able to do justice to an acoustic rendition of Livin' On A Prayer and you're thinking he could survive a show like this?

You really underestimate how much doctoring took place after the entire show was done. There's pitch correction, volume adjustments and overdubs. You also assume this was done as a normal gig while it's only fair to assume some songs were done twice and/or certainly not done with the minimal breaktime in between like was shown.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
