You can shrink that 8 years even more and go down to 5.

On one end, 8 years from your early 50s to your late 50's can show significant changes but Jon has always been a guy who's image was part of his career. He never carried the same look throughout but now he's just got this older image. But i agree that hair dye won't change that. Now when I look at Jon, I just see a great big bundle of "Stress". He spoke about a lot of things during the 2013 year and maybe it all still continues to weigh heavily on him.

He's so different in every aspect. His look, his voice, and even his personality comes across very different at times. I really think that stress has everything to do with it.

What stress are you talking about? The stress of not selling enough of his wine? Or the sea of housewives not liking his expensive boxes full of trash? Or fans not getting his political aspirations? Yeah, that's quite a burden.

Didn't you watch the RnR HOF? Richie leaving, the death of a good friend, losing the football team (and the dream of owning one), losing his voice... Sure it's not typical everyday regular people stress but I think it took him over the edge.

Yeah he has aged 25 years in the last 5 years it’s depressing..... he is a shadow of his former self .....he doesn’t even remotely look or sound like a rockstar anymore ......

I think Jon is still the same as an artist, I mean, the guy still writes, composes, records albums and tries to tour. Time simply changes us all. You cannot pretend that Jon has the same inner fire that when he was 30 years old, that is not going to happen. Jon always chased trends, and music trends today are different from the eighties-nineties.

The only thing I can blame him is that he has become too gentrified. He has gone from doing charitable Christmas concerts in which any fan of any class could go to his shows, to doing concerts to raise funds for politicians and big companies, not forgetting all that about The Runaway Tours for milk the wealthiest fans.

I just saw the Encore Night concert.
And I was right. Shanks looks superfat...
Jon looks superold.
Not too much to say; really.
Not impressed, but it was fun.

Did anyone happen to record the entire Encore Nights live stream? I've seen a few videos pop up on YouTube but not the entire concert stream.
