I think I might like it. MUCH better than Unbroken.
I hear the "whoa-oh-oh-oh" from We Don't Run and Teardrop to the Sea, the catchy, disjointed phrasing from Good Night NY, and the drive of Knockout. So, yeah, it's nothing new; but as someone said earlier, innovation hasn't been Bon Jovi's long suit for quite some time. That hasn't kept me from liking their songs yet.
An added plus: if the rest of the lyrics are in a similar vein, they won't need to film a new video. They could splice together scenes from WDOA with live shots from the current lineup. (Or they could just use the images of a weary Jon from WDOA with shots from Unbroken, since "it's about me".)
