Let me start with, I had zero expectations going into this album and I must say that I'm pleasantly surprised.... I'm definitely looking forward to next Friday and the two or three bonus tracks.

I'm not going to do a major review until I hear the entire thing but here are some high level points...

This is giving me a very similar vibe as Burning Bridges did which is good thing.

- I hear bits of classic Jovi
- Jon's vocals are much better then I expected. Especially the chorus on Blood In The Water.
- The instruments and band are apparent
- The production...And no, it's not perfect and sure, some of its recycled. Like the ooohhh in Beautiful Drug. Been there, done that but it's not over the top either. Props to Shanks.

Blood In The Water has the keys of Dry County and a vibe of Sante Fe... and Jon actually sounds good... I need hear this entire thing now!!! Its Amazing!!

We don't agree much, but I'm 100 % with you on Blood In The Water.

I was trying to think of the second song it reminds me of. Santa Fe is it.

"Each song played was just another example of how ingenious these guys are at writing choruses that make you feel like there’s a big game tomorrow, that you’re the underdog, and that you’re going to win."
