Yeah, it's way easier to have an American corporation take something down because of copyright infringement thant to make some Russian copycats stop doing what they do. Same goes for China...

And concerning the release: the back sleeve is probably photoshopped, and the CD image only has 10 tracks printed on it. So I guess it's a burnt release with photoshopped artwork.
