Haha I am VERY excited for this.

I also called exactly what was going to happen with the Experience within the first month while people went nuts and then very mad. But you're right, it's not on me to tell people not to get excited. We might get Rage of Angels and Halo!

Wonder what the reasoning for all the social media is at the moment. Tour is over. Seems like they might announce something shortly??

Another handful of dates in South America, with maybe an announcement of new music on the way??
Dunno, probably not but just going by the way they spaced out touring last time and the writing of new music months and months ago....

Someone new is absolutely running Jon and the band's social media. I agree it's weird to start it now and not, ya know, when it was time to promote the tour.

Although this summer, Bon Jovi's official Instagram account congratulated Richie and added a photo of him from the eighties.

I wonder if this is a sign that things are better, and maybe there is some kind of participation (with Richie) in the 40th anniversary box set?

Doc said that he was interviewed for an upcoming 4 part documentary series. Maybe this will tie in.

Jon's been oddly quiet lately. Hasn't done an interview or even performed with the KOS since the tour. However, I guess this is typical summer Jon. Hopefully an announcement for something in the fall.

Technical 40 years is "2024" to coincidence with the first box in 2004. Bon Jovi formed in 1983 but the first album was released in January 1984 so they could go in either direction if they wanted to put something out in 2023 but to keep things consistent, I'm thinking 2024 so we still have some time.
