Born in the 60's being from this era makes me really wonder why it was added to ASCAP so many years ago if it never went past the demo stage.

Maybe it doesn't make sense or maybe it does: can it be related to with the sale of Richie's part of the Bon Jovi's catalog? With the sell, maybe there was a need to have all songs sold full registered?
