I think this site gets an unfair rep for being too negative. I think what you mistake it for BobbyJovi is us micro-analysing every little thing. Its like having a Bon Jovi thread on another forum you get a general conversation, but here we literally discuss every little thing about the band. Some good, some bad. Some people more negative, some more positive, some on the wind up.

Its been said before that's it like supporting your favourite football team, and its a perfect analogy. You may abuse and criticise from the touchlines, but you still support them and want them to perform to their best. Saying you cant pass opinion if you havent had a hit single is at best childish at worst plain retarded.

We can easily pass judgements on setlists- if they are shit we will call them out on it. This isn't backstage. Equally because a set list looks shit on paper, doesn't make the show bad- again, we can only judge on what we see in a PBP and then once we see the video and then hear the fan reports can you get the real picture. But again, the criticising is because we all want them to put on the best show they can. Why be satisfied with a half arsed phoned in show when you know they can do better?

You say "But you will criticise this band over and over again.If you don't like them why come here???" I suggest the same if you can't take reasoned adult discussion both good and bad. I know there are some comments that don't fit that, but its the internet, it happens. But you have a group of very big fans where who know a hell of a lot about the band and have been to a hell of a lot of shows and will continue to do so. They have every right to say they don't like the new single. I didn't at first, still don't rate it that highly, it doesn't diminish my love for the band. Equally if some people love it, some hate it that's great. I like Work For The Working Man and hate Just Older. Different strokes for different folks.

But don't just come in and put everyone down if you don't join the discussion in the first place
