Not counting bonus tracks:

Looking back on 2020 (especially compared to THINFS), there's a stark contrast in quality between the clear standout tracks and the rest. The standout tracks are also the ones JBJ had mentioned before the release - Beautiful Drug, Blood in the Water, Lower the Flag, Story of Love. The post-album (or whatever) addition Do What You Can also stands out IMO - which is half the album I guess, but still only 5 tracks.

Luv Can, Blood In The Water and Shine are definitely the ones I still listen to the most, with honorable mentions going out to Brothers In Arms and Let It Rain.

On the other end of the spectrum Do What You Can has definitely become my no. 1 skip on the album (together with Unbroken because I just cannot deal with that Ode to Joy melody, but it's been like that from the start) - it's been so overplayed at every single live event Jon has participated in during the past almost 2 years, it now annoys me as much as the endless "it's alright"s in Who Says live performances.

I also just really don't wanna hear a song about the pandemic anymore (especially not at a concert). It's been nearly 2 years, there's none of that "we all have to stick together and do what we can to get through this" spirit anymore because some people clearly don't have the desire to show solidarity, while the majority of us has already done all that we can. We don't need to wait and hope for scientists to develop a vaccine anymore, we already have one and we know what needs to be done to finally end this pandemic, but people prefer believing in conspiracy theories and going to protests with neonazis, so playing a song Ã* la "we're all in this together" just feels like a bad joke now.

Blood in water and Luv can are solid 7/10 tracks.
The rest are forgettable especially the 2 new ones he bumped Luv can and shine off for from on original release.

Great Post. Exactly. In short, the song is dated and has zero relevance.

That's how opinions can differ, I'd maybe agree on one or two being better on that list. And I'm not even a fan of the recent albums.

Haven't read the thread at all. But no it is not the best post TD song. I listened to it one time about a year ago, and it was not good.
Good day.
