Agree. That's why he didn't mention about New Jersey deluxe when it was released last year.

So the Jon-haters can proclaim that the sky is falling.

And so the Bon Jovi fan population in general can over react to something because we haven't over reacted to something in at least, oh, a week now.

You mean like the rumor that Richie's name might be associated with the new album?

Offtopic: I find totally retarded the fact that they have two release dates for the singles: one for radio, and other for digital stores. It's 2015, you need to have a global release date for everything if you want to sell something.

I'm just not excited about the new direction that Bon Jovi are going in the slightest. This "fan album" is gonna be cool, but its all old stuff. The new 2016 album is blatantly going to be like The Fighter and that shite he did for the graduation.

Dont get me wrong, i've been a huge Jovi fan since the early 90s, but what made me fall in love with the band back then isn't what is going to be released next year. If it was on par with We Dont Run - edgy, rocky and away from the political nonsense that has been written in the past 2 albums then i'll hold my hands up.

Jon has a great opportunity here to release something really edge, dark, angry and a huge pop at Richie. But you just know it'll be the same old dross

Ahh now I got it - Burning Bridges is marking the end of his NFL football-manager career. It's interesting he is claiming 2014 a bad year. Every fan probably would consider the last touring year 2013 with Richie's departure and the diverse illnesses as a horrible year for Jon.

For me it's problematic this album lacks every love and passion. This comes across a little arrogant I must say. In May 2016 he again will have forgotten every emotion about the new album. The whole timetable is a bit strange.
And NO, I'm not a hater. Just dissapointed.

'We Don't Run' is a new song, though. So somewhere down the line, Jon must have done more songs like this for it to be left off the album, surely?

I'm sure the album in 2016 will have 'Reunion' on it so if that's the case, we've heard two songs that are/were meant for the new album. One is a 'rockier' song than usual and one is the standard BJ ballad we get lately.

Wouldn't look too much into what the new album will be like just yet until we hear more previews when it's closer to the date.

Why would he release something dark and angry unless he felt dark and angry though?

So far we've no idea what will be on the 2016 album. But if you're hoping for Slipknot I don't think we'll be getting it. Hopefully though, the last few years will have given him something different to write about.

First, I am very pleased with the launch Burning Bridges. His two songs, We Do not Run and Sunday Morning are not bad, I like as outtake, but no passion, but again, I like it. I love Jon, and also the rest of the guys.

Having said that, I think that the music of the last 10 years has been disappointed me, hopefully Jon out of his area conford soon and try something really different and more real. Without artifical songs.

Still curious to hear more songs of Burning Bridges, I think some tracks will be interesting.

When Hugh did his interview last month and mentioned that there are some really great songs on this forthcoming 2016 album, you think he's talking bout songs like "The Fighter" and "Reunion"?
