Agreed. I wish I knew why he was singing those words. 30 years of loyalty...I don't want to play up the Richie drama but he just signed a new record deal a few years ago so could it really be about the label?

Burning Bridges has to be about Richie.

Now i've listened to, and read the lyrics, combine it with the throw away, light-hearted nature of the song, it's got to have a been purposely recorded for this album as a dig.

The amount of realness in Burning Bridge's lyrics came as a total surprise. Who Would You Die For and Life Is Beautiful also sound pretty good, especially the former. Huh.

Some changes, bolded. Two lines in German? Could that be?
