It's almost impossible to import stuff on Argentina, leaving aside the taxes, you need to go to the AFIP (a government agency) and register yourself as an importer, then the record won't be sent to your house but you'll have to travel to Ezeiza and go to the Aduana, spend all day there because of the unbearable bureaucracy, pay 50% of the value of whatever you bought (+35% of credit card taxes), and then you'll have your CD.
