Default Chronicles Box Set

WTF is this? Bon Jovi (album), New Jersey, and Jon's solo album? Why? The selection seems totally random, and the timing makes no sense. I didn't see anything about it on bonjovi.com, here, or elsewhere and then i see it on iTunes today. This reminds me of when Springsteen came out with that ridiculous Greetings/Wild Innocent E Street Shuffle/ Darkness box... Except even more random!!! Any thoughts?

I have no idea. I thought it seemed pretty random too.

My guess is that these albums are stalled a bit in catalog sales and this is the record company's way of making the sell more copies.

This is just my guess and I could be comepletely off.

Thats a point. Obviously Bon Jovi is almost unknown these days, and Blaze Of Glory was a solo album, and their solo albums limelight is very short lived, and New Jersey, surprisingly enough doesn't seem to be in the same "hall of fame" as Slippery When Wet or Keep The Faith for some reason. Yes it was an outstanding successful album but how many casual listeners would actually remember it or even name it?

We'll probably have one next with 7800 Fahrenheit, Bounce and This Left Feels Right.

Maybe they could box SWW, HAND, and These Days. That way more people would by These Days and they might play more songs from it.

I like Becky's idea. Let's get more people listening to These Days!
