The Stones did incredible with 10 weeks in the top 10 and even returning to no. 1 - unprecendented! Their success is a phenomenon

It always helps when a band's singer can still sing like he always has. Mick is just amazing to me at his age and with all the history of drugs/alcohol he keeps right on going!

Number 5 in the billboard 200.


It's not bad at all.

Billboard 200 is not uptaded yet for this last week. It's showing the first week. According to hits daily double, Forever is not even in the Top 50 in its second week.

I don't know how the second week is going to go, but debuting number 5 is good.

From #5 to out is close to the record held by Lionel Richie (from #2 to out).

Jesus that’s a hell of a failure again … is that worse than 2020 ?…. All that promo has counted for nothing really , I feel sorry for them as they were adamant it was going to be a success. Not sure when they go from here , does Jon bite the bullet and take Richie back for the last world tour , would it even make a difference? ….

They lost the rock crowd years ago to keep current but it’s actually backfired on them I think

Unfortunately yes, it's worse than 2020. I just checked on Billboard and it was #19 on first week, then #145 on second week (out on the 3rd).
Also Forever dropped from #1 to #21 in Switzerland and, from #2 to #13 in Germany.

#2 to #13 is respectable, and as should be for iconic rock band. Unfortunately it seems Jovi does not have any resemblance of that status in the US anymore

Forever dropped from #4 to #44 in Australia.

Maybe the Jovi camp should save some of the promotion to the 2 week. Also. not playing any of the new songs, doesn't help. No one knows the new songs except their fan base. It´s only Jon saying the same things over and over again.
