Looks like Nov 4 of 2016 had Alicia Keys, The Chainsmokers, Keke Palmer, Robby Williams...there was more but those are just the ones I recognized, it's possible some of the others were heavier hitters in that era.
Found it (UK):

No one can escape Taylor Swift in the US even if you desperately want to!

It's now looking like they'll be number 3 in the UK album charts behind Charli XCX and Taylor Swift

Taylor was way behind, but she's on tour over here right now, so her streams have probably jumped right up!

If they make number 3 that will be the same position as Burning Bridges.

There's no escaping Taylor in the UK either.

She had 3 concerts at the weekend in Scotland and they triggered earthquake monitors.

Yeah Taylor triggers me and I'm not even a monitor! I used to like her, but those days are long gone.

There was no way this album was getting to no 1 in UK the week the world's biggest pop star was in town and releasing another version of an already released album.

Now, if it was on physical copies it'd be no1 but Charlie XCX and Swifts fans will be 1 and 2 due to streaming.

Do they do a physical only chart??

Looks like Forever debuted at no. 4 in Australia, behind Charlie XCX, Taylor Swift and Billy Eilish
