Having 'Blaze Of Glory'/'Lay Your Hands'/'Always' in this type of game is sensational.

That track list is unlikely given that Prayer, Bad Name and Wanted are all already in Rock Band.

Either we're looking at disc 1 of GH or a mixture of the two discs. *praying for Blood on Blood*

It was rumoured to be on 'Guitar Hero 5' but 'Bad Name' was there instead.

This is more what I was thinking. There's no way the likes of MAM will be on there in place of some of the heavier tracks from disc 2. I would hazard a guess that it'll be released in line with the new GH but pretty much focus on the tracks off Cross Road tbh.

Would prefer them to release a separate BJ game, like they did with Green Day earlier this year.

I don't want to have to pay £40 for RB3 and then £15 to download the Greatest Hits tracks.

Still on topic, but veering away a little - I've FINALLY got around to semi-mastering Hard difficulty!! Spent too many months getting pissed off that I couldn't get my little finger to stretch across to the orange button, only to realise that if I start with the yellow button as first option, it's much easier to move the first finger over to the green!

It's the perfect time for it with Rock Band 3 introducing not only the keyboards to add on to the lead and harmony background vocals, guitar, bass, and drums... but Pro-mode versions for the instruments as well. You are able to use your own keyboard or electronic drums with the midi adapter as well as a midi Fender Guitar made specifically for the Rock Band 3 software (it's not just a game anymore.) The note chart will be similar to the tabulature most guitarists are familiar with already as in representing the six strings with numbers to tell you where to fret. You do have the choice of turning off the instrument sound coming from the software in favor of your own sound coming out of your amp.

Before anyone nitpicks, of course it isn't perfect. Bends aren't represented (though slides, hammer ons, pull offs, palm muting all are.) However, it's a huge step forward in really transitioning from what was just a game to an actual teaching tool that makes it fun.
