what was the results in australia for lost highway because they made a lot of noise saying they are the best in the country charts for weeks and weeks and weeks ...
When the band toured here for Lost Highway - it was all the other albums that bounced back into the charts. I cant recall exactly but they had several albums back in the top 10 and 20.

Australia loves Bon Jovi but they mainly love the hits. The newer stuff isn't well known. The mainstays on radio are Prayer, Blaze of Glory, Bad Name and Wanted.

That was the ARIA Charts on the 28th of Jan, 2008. Lost Highway was #2, Slippery When Wet #28, Keep The Faith #39, New Jersey #41, Cross Roads #57, These Days #58, Bon Jovi #59 and 7800 Farenheit #66. You'll notice only pre-2000 albums charted then because Sanity had all of them on special for $9.99. None of the post 2000 albums were on sale. Lost Highway charted so high because it was the new album at the time.

You'd have to add Keep the Faith and Bad Medicine to that list, as well as It's My Life. I think Keep the Faith is the one song from the band i hear most on the radio (other than Prayer). I'll Sleep When Im Dead, HAND and Something for the Pain also get the occasional play. New singles such as What Do You Got and Lost Highway get played upon their release but are then never heard of again on radio.

You must be luckier in Perth, at the moment they have been playing a few more being the tour and they have competitions to fly to Sydney to see the band. But hardly ever hear those ones normally except for IML. I always seem to get Blaze

Best regards,

Thats not bad considering it was out in 2009 and the majority of sales would have happened just after release

The CD is still hovering in the lower parts of top 20 here in Sweden which means it's still selling quite good here. Also the DVD re-entered top 20 def. due to x-mas sales picking up.
