Also Dry County is one of their best 5 songs. How did this not make? crazy.

A great song, yes, but one that casual fans remember? Or a staple in setlists? Sadly not. Not to mention they'd have to use the single edit of the song in order to rationalise the rest of the disc space for other songs. Plus the single edit doesn't do the song anywhere near enough justice as the full version anyway so may seem pointless.

As much as I love Dry County, I don't think I'd even want it on a greatest hits album because for me (and for alot of people here) it's the real highlight of the Keep The Faith album and to included it on a greatest hits would kinda de-merit it's mother album. It would be like Def Leppard including Gods Of War (from the Hysteria album) on one of their best-of's.

That's the truth. Obie isn't exactly the most punctual person on Earth, it seems. And he's always behind this type of stuff.

If Jon cared what we think, Bon Jovi, would still have #1 hits and wouldn't charge a fortune for seats in the nosebleed section.

But we all don't want the same thing. And what we want doesn't equal what the general public wants. There aren't enough of "us" to warrant number 1 hits.

I guess you're right. I want another album like Crush or Bounce. Others want another SWW or NJ. Others want another album like The Circle. And so on. Bon Jovi is doing what they think the casual radio listener wants, as has happened with WDYG.

In my opinion, they tried to be too many things to too many people. Now they're having trouble pleasing everyone and it's all backfiring.

I agree. They should go back to the style of music they created between the years of 85-95, as that was the real Bon Jovi. That was the Bon Jovi that people fell in love with. That Bon Jovi didnt jump on anybody's bandwagon.

That's evolution of the band. What we got after that was Jon trying to fit in and being swayed to change the sound, to try and stay relevant.
