Heres my 10 second theory:
  • Crossroad had one upbeat mid-tempo song (Sat Night) and one big ballad (Always).
  • GH2 might work on the same theory - WDYG being the upbeat mid tempo song and No Apologies is potentially the ballad.
  • If that presumption is true, Bon Jovi's record of ballads in the last 10 years in patchy, So we'll probably get an LH style Ballad like MAM or something reminiscent of AALY/TYFLM (If they feel like going a bit more dramatic).
  • Judging by the country stylings of the other GH songs, I'd be on the look out for a ballad that sounds like a LH demo.
  • If that assumption is correct, it may not be a bad thing, LH had some of the best ballads in a few years.

So my ultimate point, No Apologies might not suck balls, MAM was sort of successful as a single, something in that vein might have similar success again.

It's a long shot I know but it kinda makes sense, I can see Jovi going back to LH resembling stuff after the percieved "failure" of the circle.
