That song is very under appreciated, maybe because there had been so many hit Jovi ballads at that point, but I've always loved it and thought the sentiment came across as being really geniune, even if it was inspired by a movie. Jon's only achieved this in his ballads only twice since imo (open all night and Make a Memory)
