Legendary - new single

I'd love to hear him sing the chorus not burried in the mix because it fells like when he sounds better when he needs to belt out. However, it he doesn't sound safe and confident in the verses. Hope he gets better.

I have a feeliing that legendry might sound better as an album track. I wouldnt have put it as track 1 but if its followed by a decent song then Living Proof then it could fit in OK.

Jons referenced two songs in Legendry that i hate with a passion - sweet caroline and brown eyed girl - suprised he didnt complete the hat trick and mention American Pie ha ha.

He dont sound to bad on this but if they do i hope they dont do stadiums for 2 hours as Im not sure he could manage that unless its two shows a week.

Jon didn't sound bad on Idol. That being said in what is a surprise to myself I really care less about Jon when he isn't with the band

At least there was no mention on him ending up on Idol as a judge!

Yes! It was a solid performance, but what I liked most was that seemed like he’d got some of his old stage attitude back and looked comfortable up there.

Really nice to see, the whole thing gives me hope for some decent tour dates at some stage.

Definitely some improvement there from Jon. Espeically when compared to 2022. He at least sounds like himself again, and has got his timing and confidence back, so this is great news.

Were the band playing the song live? Because, although I haven't listened to Legendary a whole lot, it sounds very close to the album version. It just shows how generic the track is if the whole band can be replaced by session musicians and it still sounds the same. I really wish he would have done Living Proof, but I guess Legendary makes more sense.

It's obvious Jon's voice is now better than in quite some time on individual song basis. He can hold tempo, rythm and key. Surprisingly, he's more insecure on verses than chorus, probably due to overthinking. I think we now need to see him in full concert, 2 hours. Like promo show for new album or something to really get the better picture

I think JBJ has mentioned he like to play the Album "Forever" in full like THINFS.

If it does happen it will only be a couple of promo shows.

And this is the natural next step. If he sounds solid in whole one show, it's very encouraging. Then, it's only matter of fitness for tour and scheduling management to ensure vocals are not completely exhausted
