Let's place Forever on a timeline.

Hello everyone! If you've listened to the album several times, which I assume you have, I want to ask you something: when do you think the songs were possibly recorded? You can hear the vocal evolution between the tracks. Let's take 'Kiss The Bride' as an example. Jon's voice still sounds a bit tired and doesn't quite hit the high notes. What do you all think?

Beginning of 2023 the first pack and demos of songs.

Second half of 2023 (I don't remember the month) re-recording to the final versions.

This sounds about right. Early 2023 - pre produciton at Sanctuary II

Second half - Nashville for the band bed tracks and finishing the record with overdubs and vocals in L.A. if I had to guess.

Phil not playing on Kiss the Bride has me questioning if a version exists in Nashville or if it was completely an LA thing.

Alright, thank you very much for the information. I wonder if they could have used any discarded song from 2020? Although, due to the political theme of 2020, I don't think so.

The People's House lyrics was from 2020 or shortly after 2020.

2021. It was written after that invasion of the Capitol in Januray 8.

Probably the second song of this record, since Jon said Hollow Man was the first.

At the EMI Dolby Atmos listening party in Soho Square last week he told us the entire album was recorded 7 months ago and if he was to record it again tomorrow he would have done a much better job due to his recovery.

He also said he had some way to go to be tour ready but watch this space.

I know you will all disagree, but that’s what he said.

It's so vague in what side it's supporting he may have even taken it as "yes, i agree, let's take back the house" haha.

Maybe agree with the song, just won't specify the "People" which the House belongs to. lol
