A 5 for me, nothing special when you compare it to Lonely or to Thick as Thieves.

I'm obsessed with this song.... It's amazing...

And it's not about Richie, Dorothea, or The Soul Kitchen as some suggested... Considering both Shanks and Falcon cowrote this one, it becomes less personal in my opinion...

The lyrics are way too sultry to be about SoulKitchen.

I'm issuing it a 7 after playing over and over via Spotify last night (the ZippyShare file quality was too poor.) It's actually between a 7 and 8 for me. On initial listen, I thought it was ok. I liked the feel of it, but lyrically at a glance... that whole "back to basics" going back to the original studio they recorded at in the 80's manifests. Change the music to Angus Young guitars and add Brian Johnson vocals and you have a cock rock song not too far removed from "You Shook Me All Night Long."

As it goes, the song moves from what initially seems to be a softer take on "If I Could Make A Living Out Of Loving You" or "Let's Make It Baby" to a passionate statement on a lifetime of love/commitment and what it takes to make it work, not just the sex. I'm liking it the more I hear it and I'm certain it will be even better within the scheme of the album.

Oh, definitely agree and that was the initial hurdle I had to get over. It lacks the lyrical depth of Thieves, but I prefer it to Amen, which it is more in the vein of.

I really like the song but I cringe when the chorus kicks in (I'm cringing at the lyric not the mix or the vocal). "It's a full time job, the works never done". It would be better with even a basic lyric such as "You and me, we're never done, 24-7 it's a labor of love. Yeah everything I got it's all about us, with loving there comes hurting it's a labor of love". It's a 7 from me because the song is good, Jon sounds great, the mood and atmosphere are all there...it's just that lyric!

Hasn't passed the test of time as yet so I can't say I love it yet.....however I like it very much. Definitely one i won't skip when listening to the album as a whole. Vocals, instruments and production all work for me. A good 7.5.

5.5/10 Boring. The chorus is doctored and the whole song just doesn't go anywhere.
