Completely agree. It has that something, that magic effect. It's contagious, it was even with 2 second snippet. Hopefully whole song is done proper, but chorus is classic already.

And I think it's not just hardcore fans here liking it cause it's throwback to vintage Jovi sound. I think it's rather modern sounding, and not too heavy by any means, just catchy. So perhaps it has potential to be crossover hit. Just promote it please

I think Bon Jovi will promote, "Living Proof" on American Idol, this Sunday!

As the Single is out this Friday!

It'd be really stupid not to or at least a medley of a hit and a new single as they've done that already.

Oh gee I'm nervous. "Living Proof" from the studio sounds great, but can Jon deliver it live? I guess we'll just have to wait and see?

If I'm correct, this will be the first song to feature a talkbox since This Is Love This Is Life in 2010 and the first single to do so since Everyday in 2002.

Default Living Proof - New song snippet
I love this. (Or actually, putting it like this is a serious understatement.)

Now I am excited. What a great anthemic old school rock song. They still got the rock in them. What a fine palm muted, distorted, ass kicking riff. The chorus is vintage Bon Jovi, nothing less.

It took me a few listens to get the idea of the lyrics. The way I see it, he’s past the phase of ‘life is tough, stand your ground’ etc kind of message. Now he’s just saying, ‘we made it, I don’t have to prove anything anymore.’

Considering today is my birthday, I seem to have gotten the chorus and the announcement as a birthday present! Right now I feel like back in 1988, getting to hear the first single from the forthcoming album.

What a fine band they still are.
