At that time he would of had to know the song would be used in that movie. That is not something that pops up last second before the movie is released. I agree that it's the best of the ones that have partially leaked, but I wouldn't put it past them to not use it on the CD. Crush was going to be called Sex Sells after a song that Jon wrote in 1998 and that song didn't make Crush and didn't even make the box set.
