Isn't that what they called TLFR?

It's also what they called Keep the Faith.

...and These Days.

Did they really call Crush a "new direction"? I thought Crush was one of their "getting back to our roots, big ole rock and roll record like SWW" CD's.

According to a post on backstage looks like the guys played a "new" song the other night in a Nashville bar they were hanging out in. Now, all this info. is coming second hand from a guy that's not a huge fan so who knows what song they actually played. He "thought" it was new.

I recall them saying both, actually. Not in so many words but they certainly alluded it to being a "back to the roots" and a "new direction". But I hear what you're saying.

yeah that was the intention when they were recording, the final outcome was a 'new direction'

Same as with TD, they thought they were recording a positive album, only after finishing the album they released it wasn't particulary positive

So what we learned about this? BJ don't know what the **** they are recording, so if they are recording a so called country album, chances are big it turns out to be a dance/folk album....

...with a little bit of hip hop thrown in.
Though Jon won't rap, Richie will.
