...and tell me those aren't some the best sounding back-to-back-to-back-to-back tunes the boys have put out in quite some time - everything fits from the lyrics to the tempos to the melodies and harmonies and bridges to Richie's soulful solo's - everything just fits in these tunes. Throw in the sweet One Step Closer at #11 and that pretty much puts this CD pretty much in These Days' league.
I'm telling you guys this CD has unlimited potential if the band promotes it aggressively.

While I'm not ready to say this CD is in the same league as These Days, I will say that this is the strongest second-half of a Bon Jovi record since These Days. Crush had IGTG and She's a Mystery, Bounce had OAN, YHMFH, Have a Nice Day had Complicated. But Lost Highway is a CD with 12 strong tracks. And when "I Love This Town" first came on, I was thinking "why did they put this on the CD?" But after Richie's solo, the song became somthing else.
My only complaint so far is that some of the tracks end rather ubruptly. AOD could be a 5+ minute track, same as TWASA. Musically, those songs are incredible, but, especially with AOD, it could've been even better. I also don't get where the complaints about Seat Next to You come from. It's one of the better post-2000 ballads from the band. Better than any ballad from Bounce, and in my opinion better than Thank You For Loving Me. I think the emotion of the vocals are great, and it has an excellent melody. It's actually on right now. Tomorrow I'll probably have a more full review, but right now, I'm just enjoying the music!
