You are going to extremes. I have curiosity about the new album, but on the tour, I have no faith. The only way to change my serious opinion, they undergo major changes for next tour, but that will not happen. Still, I want to know.

I'm still the same passionate fan, the problem is that Jon... NO. This is not about your voice, it's not about Richie or the band, ok? is your attitude, need make a change, a transition better. The last Asian tour was a disaster, can be a effort, but it's still business as usual, boring, predictable and lazy.

This is my band, and I'm not going anywhere, but I will not lie to myself and believe that the rainbow is still there.

The title seems poor, but if the album... no ballads, could be a good sign. I just hope they do not have pop songs like Because We Can, Lost Highway or The More Things Change.

Let's get back on topic and do some recapping.

1. Jon stated WDR is the direction of the new album and I think most of us are happy with that...

2. Jon went back to his old recording studio... I hope this is similar to the Star Wars fix of less CGI and more props, or in Jon's case, less Digital and more Analog.

3. Considering BB was a rush job, I was happy with the end results in terms of the production and the way Jon sounded...

4. Hugh's interview: He sounded very believable and stated that there are some really GREAT songs on this one... He also stated and confirmed that this album really rocks... which kinda fits Jon's 'no ballads' comment...
In addition, Jon also sounded somewhat believable when he stated 'I have a really great album' not that I would expect him to say the album sucks but he really didn't have to say anything if he was unsure at that point in the recording process... He was genuinely excited something I haven't seen in a while...

5. I think it's time... With Richie now gone, I think it's important for Jon to kick it up and show that the band can still rock without Sambora.

6. God Bless This Mess seems like a pretty cool title... I can't even imagine how this one will sound... considering the first song on TD is Hey God, let's consider this a good sign, from God...

7. As far as a release date goes, all we know so far is 'The Fall' which has been confirmed... I've heard reliable sources state September (which makes sence)...

8. No word when we'll get the first single...

9. Tour 2017

Rage of Angels is still in the ASCAP. Probably another song from the new album.

Yeah, probably a cool song, and will be placed as Japanese bonus track as usual.

Someone posted this in the Austin thread so I'll just post it here where it belongs...

Although no dates have officially been confirmed, Jon answered questions regarding the new Bon Jovi album during the Q&A segment of the show as follows:
1. “This House Is Not For Sale” will be released in September.
2. The first single is titled, "God Bless this Mess" and will be released to radio in July.

What's "ASCAP"? I've often read it here in the discussion but since I'm a Junior Member I don't know what it is.

You complain this board is dead and with the same breath act snarky to someone with SIX POSTS? How can you not know you're one of the problems?

ASCAP is an organization of writers and performers that collects the licensing fee and make sure everyone gets paid fairly.
