We got a ton of B-sides between singles and the box-set. Enough to put out another album (same with Bounce).

There is no way the new album would be a double. I think they had issues marketing a double album for the Greatest Hits, let alone a new album of unheard material. If they didn’t do it for New Jersey, they are definitely not doing it now.

I actually forgot about the Alicia Keys song. Maybe it will be on the album. Does anyone know what came out of that session?
They'll do something for the 30 years but it definitely wont be another box set of the same caliber as last time. If I recall it didn't do too well and they missed a hell of a lot of better b-sides and put on a lot of shite (why did they put on 2 versions of Love aint nothing but a 4 letter word..?) Out Of Bounds, Satellite were more dross.

I think they'll release a big fcuk-off live album. Lots of rare bootlegs from the past 30 years. It HAS to be better than OWN Album though. Give us something that we dont know or haven't heard, not something that we can rip off Youtube. IE Lets have the ENTIRE Manchester 2011 concert on one disk! (joke)

They have the ability to do something special when they released rare live versions onto album specials on iTunes a few years back. (Bad Name live 1990, Only Lonely sound check, Sleep When I'm Dead 1993). They have it all there. Just done bore us with the same shit. Give us a 4 disk live box set and let us orgasm over the rare stuff!

As for Alicia Keys she'd get it. Not on a Bon Jovi album though

Wait another box set I think it's too soon. Something tells me this box set vol2 not see it until 2024. I see more likely two studio albums, one in 2013 and another in 2014. If finally have a double album in 2013, then we'd have a show in bluray for 2014.

About the box set, I would like to include many of the 80 songs as River of Love, Game of the Heart, Cadillac Man .....

Others like The Soul of Truth, Someday You'll Ride Wild Horses, Crying, Nothing, Gimmie Some, Life's Too Short For Days Like These ....

Demos remastered, Id Die for you, Revenge ( Keep the faith Demo), have a nice day (demo), This aint love (this is love, this is life Demo) ....

50% of that rare stuff had already been released before, I seriously doubt that with all the great stuff they have in their vaults they know where to look, there really has been no special version of any song on any of the albums apart from the rendition of Blood On Blood and In & Out Of Love. Considering how many awesome renditions of Keep The Faith there are out there and all Obie could come up with was a bog standard one I don't think he knows his way around their own archive.

What would be awesome is if they would release a full, 100% PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED show from every tour, if they have it. They may not have as much from the early early tours, but how awesome would it be to have a brand new, unheard bootleg from the 80's and 90's tours?

The sad thing is, as much as I hope for it, it will never ever happen. Not with Obie.

If I remember correctly, Obie and Richie were primarily responsible for putting together the live album. I couldn't believe some of their picks. Any fan who collected bootlegs could have put together a better collection. Even if they'd just released one show it would have turned out better than the mishmash of mess that they released. I still dream that one day they'll release the Hammersmith Odeon show in full. I never listen to the live album because it was such a disappointment.

If you want a giggle or two, I have a One Wild Night poster on my wall advertising the album, and in big lettering it states the following... ;

''THE best recordings of THE best songs from THE best shows..!''

I don't know what planet they are on. Like seriously, I despair sometimes.

Yeah, Jon was busy filming the all time classic Vampires Los Muertos II or was probably washing his hair or something, but Obie and Richie are responsible for the tracklist on the CD because clearly those are the two people you put on such a project.
