New Bon Jovi album update....

someone mentioned a double release, maybe double album...was there any truth to that or it was just a joke? jon didnt mention anything like this in the videos of the event...

Absolutely Not! There was never an official mention of a double album. Jon just mentioned something about 40plus songs being written. He wasn't specific as to what they made up.

Bon Jovi have always written a bunch of songs for each album so he could be referring to that. Or it's between the new band album, Richie s album, some stuff he did with other artists, and movie soundtracks.....which in my opinion is what he's referring to.

Like I said prior, anything Jon threw his vocals on prior to '00 is brilliant.

It's actually a pretty good performance! I'll never get why they didn't play songs like this more often... yeah I do know, the most part of the audience goes "what the heck is this", but still.

Haven't had time to read through each post. Do we know whether or not the songs Jon performed a few weeks ago from the Al Pacino movie are on the new album or not? Is it Jon solo stuff or band material?

Hey guys, some time ago there was some talk about an istrumental snippet in a commercial or something, that was supposedly a new BJ song. It sounded like "One Of Us". I can't seem to find it anywhere... who can help?

Dan: He said Running and Old Habits are for Al Pacino and The Fighter is for the album. He didn't flat out say they wouldn't be on the album though.

Simon: Not a new Jovi track, it's just stock background music.
