Ok, I watched the videos... of course...

And I like what I hear. It's good singer-songwriter stuff, and truely something different. I'm really curious about the final arrangements. I hope it captures a bit of this more raw, unpolished attitude that is promises.

But I fear with the new band album they really wanna play it safe and it won't have that acoustic touch... I mean, "What About Now" is a possible album title, and from what we've heard of that song before it's plastic pop, a cross between HAND and TC. Those titles like "Because We Can" don't sound too promising... let me guess, it'll be something along the lines of "Let's change the world... because we can... and live our lives..."

The whole recording process was unusually quiet this time, right? I mean, aport from some rumour here and there there wasn't much of official info from the band that they are in the studio, right? We got a snippet without knowing who played on it and what project it was for, and suddenly Jon says they cut 43 songs and the record is done. Well well. I'm actually getting a little curious about this whole thing now...
