How is this another thing they have managed to mess up? For such a huge band the organisation is shockingly unprofessional at times.

Not that I am an ecommerce pro but I do work in Software development and to announce a downtime and then totally needing so much longer is really unprofessional indeed. A downtime should be avoided as much as possible and this is very strange...I looked at the company who is doing the runaway page and if you look at the html it seeems they are using them for the Bon jovi website now too. Buut the company doing the website should is big enough and it is very unprofessional on their side, not on Matt's.

They are not launching a new experimental piece of software. They are relaunching the website. A downtime of a week or so for that is rather weird.

Well every rollout that is halfway professioal knows what kind of downtime to expect. Same with a website. You put it on a lower environment and you test it. And if you have a external developers working on it this is just really, really bad and yeah...weird

Website is back up and for how long it was down, its shit lmao. Dunno about the jbj experience but the website is slow, things get squished up on mobile, and just seems rushed. The design looks pretty cool though. Be interested to see what they do with it

For now there is no new stuff we were counting for. Only new video with David Bergman and his story behind the stage + some unseen photos.

The design looks better, not perfect but better. Account details are better and more detailed
That being said:you have the Expererience content is located in my account and there is a menu item on top and that is confusing. But yeah, the account details with shipment details, etc are better now, which is good
