Well whoop-di-doo. Some Spanish woman has received other items from overseas in a faster way. Let's use you to set an example to every other factory out there which constantly runs into issues from delayed shipments. That'll teach them!

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

From my experience, ordering in summer and Christmas is almost always delayed.

So let me get that straight:

They promised goods worth of like 600 bucks in total
Unreleased songs
4 boxes

It is August, so far, there have been 2 boxes, old videos which can all be found on youtube, some cover songs for christmas and like one video where Jon walks around in his house and garden and boxes with some cheap products and (of course) 0 new songs, no bootlegs and just some pictures Jon posts on instagram

That's a pretty spot-on summary, unfortunately...

I really wonder how on Earth they're planning to reach that $600 value they claimed the boxes would have. I don't remember all the items people got in them, but I can't imagine that the value so far is anywhere above $100 and there are only two more boxes left...

It's super shitty that they phrased it as "Jon's favourite things" and then just gave cheap merch. From a retail standpoint I'd wager they'd be at, or close to hitting, $600 based on what they charge. Doesn't make it good though.

If you've paid by Creditcard you can send your Creditcard a full list of what's going on and tell them you want your money back. Your Creditcard often offers you insurance and if you send the right documentation there's really not much The Bon Jovi Experience can do.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
